At the end of May we were able to take our annual birth parent visit. We combined it with going to Kansas to see my brother & family and Daisie & her family so we were gone 2 1/2 weeks! I was really nervous about how the kids would do but they actually did really great. Until the way home which will be on a later post.
Our first stop was Colorado Springs to see Eme's birth family. We were able to see Eme's Janice, her kids and Eme's birth fathers daughter & her family. We had a wonderful time. The night we got there we had dinner at the Olympic park (its kind of become our thing every time we visit). It was a bit cold but we still had a great time.
It is so fun to see people that look so much like Eme.
Tabi is such a wonderful girl & I hope Eme gets more than just looks from her!
The second day we hang out at the hotel which was right in downtown Colorado Springs.

We decided to meet up with Janice and family at Garden of the Gods that day. If you are ever in Colorado Springs it is a must see! So pretty!
